Director

SHEELA METILDA HARRY, a certified IELTS, TESOL, TOEIC & BEC trainer, Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching English as Foreign Language (TEFL), with an experience of 17 years in Academic Excellence. She has been successfully managing the business and growing her esteemed institute into one of the most Successful Training Academy in Bangalore.

She has built expertise in Teaching and Training Foreign Nationalities from various nations of the world (Africans, Iranians, Arabs, Thais, Korean, Mongolians, Ukrainians, French, Italians and Japanese) Has experience of working Overseas as Communicative English & Soft Skills Trainer in Thailand. Worked as Corporate Trainer for Toyota, Mysore and Mikrotek Machines Limited, Bengaluru. She has been associated with Quickstep English Centre, R T Nagar since 2007.

WILLIAM ANTHONY RAJ is the driving force behind the S M Group. S M Group (S M FINISHES & S M SERVICES) engages in electroplating engineering and knows how to support the electroplating techno-craft and its environment. An Engineering graduate & holds a Master’s in Business Management, bringing with him 28 years of incredible amount of technical and commercial expertise in the connector manufacturing industries.

Having vast technical knowledge and understanding of contemporary market for connector application and its requirements. Having extensive proficiency in the field of Business Development, Operations Management, Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Project Management, Vendor Development, Lead auditor, Internal audits and Trainings. Also, having the privilege to gain/share electroplating practices and specialization from various countries visits like Belgium, Germany, France, China & Singapore during his professional journey.
